These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fightbook's websites, mobile experiences, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the Services in a way that violates rights of others or applicable law.
If you are a fighter and use Fightbook, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your contact information, including your email address and phone number, with managers, representatives, promoters, or other authorized participants on the platform when reasonably necessary to contact you about fight opportunities, scheduling, related event logistics, or representation discussions.
By creating an account, submitting profile information, or using features related to matchmaking, roster management, or fight booking, you direct and authorize Fightbook to facilitate these communications.
You agree that Fightbook may send transactional and service-related communications. Where required by law, additional consent may be requested for specific communication channels, including certain marketing messages.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Fightbook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.
Fightbook and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, branding, and design, except for user-provided content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fightbook disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fightbook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fightbook and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed users or the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction designated by Fightbook, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
